Terms of Service for Testosterone+ Last updated: [DATE — fill in before publishing] These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Testosterone+ mobile application (“the App”), operated by Visolat Sharipova (“the Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. By downloading, accessing, or using Testosterone+, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Medical Disclaimer (Important) Testosterone+ is a lifestyle and wellness tracking tool, not a medical device or healthcare service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The T-Score, T-Age, factor scores, tips, and AI Coach responses are informational and motivational estimates based on the lifestyle data you provide. They are not medical assessments. Blood test tracking is for your personal record-keeping only and is not a clinical interpretation. Testosterone+ is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician with any questions about your health, hormones, or test results. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of content in the App. Do not start, stop, or change any treatment (including testosterone replacement therapy or supplements) based on the App. Consult a doctor. You use the App and act on its content at your own risk.
2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use Testosterone+. By using the App, you confirm that you are 18 or older. The App is designed for men’s health and is intended for adult users.
3. Your Account You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You may delete your data or your account at any time within the App.
4. Subscriptions & Payments Testosterone+ may offer paid subscription plans (for example, weekly, monthly, or annual). If you purchase a subscription: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices are as displayed in the App and may vary by region. Prices may change with notice. Refunds are handled by Apple according to the App Store’s policies; we generally cannot issue refunds directly.
5. Acceptable Use You agree not to: Use the App for any unlawful purpose Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App or its services Upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content Misuse the AI Coach or other features in ways that violate these Terms or applicable law
6. AI Features The App includes AI-powered features (tips, the AI Coach, and photo-based lab scanning). AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on AI output as professional, medical, or factual advice. Photo-based scanning (OCR) may misread values — always review and confirm any extracted data yourself.
7. Intellectual Property The App, including its design, content, branding, and software, is owned by the Developer and protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. Your data (your check-ins, results, etc.) remains yours.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that any results or estimates will be accurate. You use the App at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App, including reliance on any score, estimate, AI output, or healthrelated content. This includes any health decisions made based on the App.
10. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
11. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection or app-store rules in your jurisdiction apply.
