1. Important Health & Medical Disclaimer Testosterone+ is a lifestyle and wellness tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The “T-Score,” “T-Age,” and any related insights are estimates based on lifestyle inputs and are for informational and motivational purposes only. Testosterone+ is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any health concerns, before making changes to your lifestyle, or before interpreting any blood test results. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in the App.
2. Information We Collect We collect the following information that you provide or generate while using the App: Account Information Email address and password (managed securely through Firebase Authentication; we do not store your raw password) If you sign in with Apple or Google, basic profile information provided by those services Profile & Onboarding Information Age, goals, and your answers to onboarding questions about your lifestyle Lifestyle & Wellness Data Daily and periodic check-in responses (e.g. sleep, exercise, diet, stress, sunlight, hydration, supplements, and related wellness indicators) Your computed T-Score, T-Age, factor scores, streaks, daily plan, and challenge activity Health-Related Data (Sensitive) Blood test results you choose to enter (e.g. total testosterone in ng/dL and related values) and the dates of those tests Photos of lab reports you choose to upload or capture, which are processed to extract test values AI Coach Data Messages you send to the in-app AI Coach, and any photos you choose to share with it Profile Photo An optional avatar image, stored locally on your device We do not collect precise location, contacts, or unrelated device data.
3. How We Use Your Information We use your information to: Create and manage your account Calculate and display your T-Score, T-Age, factors, trends, and progress Provide personalized tips and AI Coach responses based on your data Let you track blood test results over time Maintain features like streaks, achievements, daily plans, and challenges Improve and maintain the App We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
4. How Your Data Is Stored & Processed Cloud storage (Firebase / Google Cloud): Your account and app data are stored using Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore), operated by Google. Data is associated with your unique account and protected by security rules so that only your authenticated account can access your data. AI processing: When you use AI features (daily tips, the AI Coach, or photo-based lab scanning), the relevant data (such as your scores, factors, messages, or lab-report images) is sent to our AI processing provider to generate a response. This processing is used only to provide the feature to you. Subscriptions: If and when in-app subscriptions are offered, payments and subscription status are handled by Apple and our subscription provider (e.g. RevenueCat). We do not receive or store your full payment details.
5. Data Sharing We share data only with service providers that make the App function: Google Firebase — authentication and data storage Our AI provider — to process AI features you use Apple / subscription provider — to process subscriptions (when applicable) We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect rights, safety, or to prevent fraud. We do not otherwise share, rent, or sell your personal information.
6. Your Rights & Choices You have control over your data: Access & view: Your data is visible to you within the App. Delete your data: You can delete all your data from within the App (Profile → Privacy → Delete All Data) while keeping your account. Delete your account: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from within the App (Profile → Privacy → Delete Account). Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights (such as access, correction, or portability). To make a request, contact us at the email below.
7. Data Retention We retain your data while your account is active. When you delete your data or your account, the associated data is removed from our active database. Backups, if any, are cycled out in the normal course of operations.
8. Children’s Privacy Testosterone+ is intended for adults (18 years or older) and is focused on men’s health. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us.
9. Security We use industry-standard measures provided by Firebase (including authentication and access-control rules) to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Users The App is operated from Uzbekistan and uses cloud infrastructure that may store and process data in other countries. By using the App, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in locations that may have different data-protection laws than your own.
11. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
